Anna Geyer

I am an assistant professor at the Department of Applied Mathematics at Delft University of Technology.

I am co-organizing the PDE seminar at TU Delft.

My research concerns applied analysis, PDEs and dynamical systems with applications to wave propagation. More specifically, I work on nonlinear dispersive equations which arise as approximations of the Euler equations for homogeneous, inviscid and incompressible fluids with a free boundary.

Short vita:
I obtained my PhD in 2013 at the University of Vienna under the supervision of Adrian Constantin. During my postdoctoral studies at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, I collaborated with various members of the Dynamical Systems Group (GSD). In 2017 I started my position as assistant professor at TU Delft, which was tenured in 2019.
